Our client is seeking a
Sales Specialist
to partner with existing business customers, offering customised advertising solutions and optimising digital campaign performance. In this role, you'll handle a blend of warm inbound leads and strategic outbound outreach, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage both inbound leads and outbound outreach, ensuring rapid follow-up (e.g., calling assigned leads within minutes).
- Identify sales opportunities and propose effective, customised advertising solutions.
- Analyse and optimise digital marketing campaigns to produce measurable business outcomes.
- Execute digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify campaign trends, proactively address challenges, and implement improvements.
- Direct clients to specialised support teams where additional expertise is required.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by promoting optimal use of advertising products.
Requirements
- Native or C1+ level in the production language (German, Czech, French, Italian, Spanish, or Polish).
- B2–C1 English proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Target-driven and goal-oriented, with reliable task execution.
- Fast learner with a strong team spirit.
- High IT literacy and interest in digital technologies.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Confident handling of unique challenges, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Able to start in January 2026.
