Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 (final hours to be confirmed)

Experience:
Minimum 2.5 years of B2B sales experience required

Salary & Bonus:

  • €1,450 gross base salary
  • €250 gross fixed bonus
  • Up to €300 performance bonus based on KPIs

Your responsibilities:

Prospect effectively
– Use prospecting tools to identify key decision-makers and connect with the right contacts.

Qualify leads
– Conduct discovery calls to evaluate prospects' business goals, advertising readiness, and fit.

Educate prospects
– Clearly communicate the project, value proposition, and product offerings to new or inexperienced users.

Drive engagement
– Lead professional on-camera virtual meetings (~30 minutes) to consult with potential clients and identify needs.

Manage outreach
– Engage clients through structured sales cadences via outbound calls, emails, and video communication.

Keep CRM updated
– Document all prospect interactions accurately in Salesforce to ensure clear pipeline visibility.

Ensure smooth handover
– Transition qualified leads to the Digital Marketing Specialist team for campaign setup and optimization.

Meet targets
– Consistently achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs through effective time management, prioritization, and collaboration.
