What Youll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and proactive solutions.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
What You Bring:
- Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
