Patrique Mercier Recruitment by Cyriel is excited to present an opportunity for a French Speaking Email Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a passionate individual who will excel in providing outstanding support to our French-speaking clients.
In this role, you will handle email inquiries from customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and respond to email inquiries from French-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and support practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in French is a must; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer understanding and engagement.
- Previous experience in customer service or email support is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.
