In this role, you will engage with customers primarily through email, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Your commitment to customer service excellence will be essential in helping us uphold our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to email inquiries from Portuguese-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and provide insights for improving service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes.
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of products and best practices in customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on engaging effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or email support is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
