Your Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries from Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and address technical issues associated with HealthTech products.
- Guide clients in utilizing product features to maximize their experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and client satisfaction.
- Engage in continual learning to stay updated on product developments and health technology innovations.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Genuine interest in HealthTech and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
