What Youll Do-
Support customers via phone, chat, and email

Give advice on products: vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions

Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements

Offer personalized product recommendations

Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with friendly, professional support

Fluent Portuguese & good English

Passion for technology and helping others

Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Ability to stay cool under pressure and handle unexpected changes

Bonus: previous experience in customer support or tech support
