Your Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional support to Portuguese-speaking customers.

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat with patience and empathy.
  • Assist customers by identifying their needs and offering clear, effective solutions.

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction.

  • Follow company guidelines and contribute to improving service quality.

Your Profile

  • Native or C2 level in Portuguese (written and spoken).

  • B2+ level in English for internal communication.

  • No prior experience required full training is provided.

  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

  • Motivated to relocate to Greece for a rewarding international experience, or already based in Greece.

  • Valid work permit in Greece or EU Citizenship.
