Your Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional support to Portuguese-speaking customers.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat with patience and empathy.
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and offering clear, effective solutions.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
- Follow company guidelines and contribute to improving service quality.
Your Profile
- Native or C2 level in Portuguese (written and spoken).
- B2+ level in English for internal communication.
- No prior experience required full training is provided.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Motivated to relocate to Greece for a rewarding international experience, or already based in Greece.
- Valid work permit in Greece or EU Citizenship.
