What Youll Do:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
Resolve inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Be part of a diverse, supportive, and energetic team environment
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and good English communication skills (B2+)
A problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills
A team player with a customer-first mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
