Were looking for Estonian-speaking Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about helping people and excited to explore everything Athens has to offer from delicious food and historic culture to breathtaking beaches and buzzing nightlife.
What you will do:
Deliver top-notch support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment
Keep up with product knowledge and internal procedures to offer accurate solutions
What you bring:
Fluency in Estonian (C1+) and good English communication skills (B2+)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
