Multilingual Customer Support Specialist Athens, Greece (Remote Options Available)

Languages Needed: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Swedish, Norwegian, Japanese, English

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site or remote from anywhere in Greece)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Work Model: On-site or remote within Greece

Work Hours: 5 days/week, rotating shifts based on project

About the Role:

We are hiring Multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join a leading global BPO company, working with world-renowned brands across tech, travel, e-commerce, and digital platforms.

Your role is to deliver top-tier customer experiences in your native language resolving issues, answering questions, and supporting users via phone, chat, and email.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class support to customers in your native language

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

  • Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps

  • Provide accurate information in a professional and friendly manner

  • Escalate issues when necessary to the relevant internal teams

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

  • Native or fluent speaker of one of the listed languages

  • B2 English level or higher

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • A problem-solving mindset with customer-first thinking

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit

  • Comfortable using digital tools and multitasking
