Your Role

As a
Customer Support Specialist
, you'll be the voice of global brands, helping customers across Europe in your native (or fluent) language.

  • Support customers via
    chat, email & phone
  • Provide professional, empathetic, solution-driven responses
  • Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when needed
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction & resolution targets

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in one of these languages:
  • Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese, French, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Czech
  • Good English (for training & internal communication)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability & willingness to
    relocate to Athens
  • Must already have the
    right to work in Greece (no visa sponsorship available)
