Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions via phone, email, and chat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction
- Guide clients through our services, helping them to make informed decisions based on their needs
- Document interactions and successes in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to advise clients effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is highly advantageous
- Prior experience in client advisory, customer support, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with office applications
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace the new environment
