Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through our services, helping them to make informed decisions based on their needs
  • Document interactions and successes in the CRM system for future reference
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to advise clients effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience in client advisory, customer support, or a related field is preferred
