Customer Service Representative
, you will support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with your team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Work Options

  • On-site: Modern, international offices in central Athens
  • Remote: If you relocate to Athens: Work-from-home option after training/ If you already live in Greece: Work-from-home from anywhere in the country

Relocation Package (for international hires)

Requirements

  • Fluent/Native Italian (spoken & written)
  • Good command of English (B1/B2 or higher)
  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and motivated to learn
