Customer Service Representative
, you will support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with your team to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Work Options
- On-site: Modern, international offices in central Athens
- Remote: If you relocate to Athens: Work-from-home option after training/ If you already live in Greece: Work-from-home from anywhere in the country
Relocation Package (for international hires)

Requirements
- Fluent/Native Italian (spoken & written)
- Good command of English (B1/B2 or higher)
- EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and motivated to learn
