Italian Customer Service Representative – Remote (Anywhere in Greece)

Location:
Remote, anywhere in Greece

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 – 23:00 (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 2 rotational days off)

About the Role

We are looking for an
Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our growing support team in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries.

You will be working in a dynamic, multicultural environment that values collaboration, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in
    Italian
    (and English when required) through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshooting steps, and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian
    (both written and spoken).
  • Good command of English
    for internal communication.
  • Good technical understanding
    and ability to learn new systems or products quickly.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Must be based in
    Greece
    (remote work possible from anywhere within the country).
  • Relocation within Europe only
    – no visa sponsorship is available.
