About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Italian Speaking B2B Sales Representative
to join a dynamic sales team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through consultative sales to business clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in
call centers, banking, telesales, or SaaS
who are passionate about sales and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with B2B clients over the phone, email, and digital channels to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business goals.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Good English level (B2+) for internal communication and training.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record in call center, banking, telesales, or SaaS sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
