Italian-Speaking B2B Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Athens. In this role, you will connect with business clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive growth and long-term success.

What Youll Do
- Reach out to business clients through phone, email, and digital channels to present and sell solutions.
- Understand client challenges and offer customized services that meet their objectives.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Consistently hit or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships to encourage loyalty and upselling.
- Keep detailed records of your sales activities using CRM systems.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (native or near-native level) with strong communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2+) to collaborate with colleagues and complete training.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B.
- Background in call centers, banking, telesales, or SaaS is highly valued.
- Confident negotiator with excellent closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
