We are searching a motivated and results-driven Italian Technology Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Italian Technology Sales Representative in an technology B2B market, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base in the Italian-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Italian market through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Account Management and Customer Success Management.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling software presentations and product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI's.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B software sales or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various audience levels.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Italian business culture and market dynamics.
