Inside Sales Representative (6044/ISP/ESS/GR)
Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the commercial success of the Greek team by supporting the sales function and acting as a vital link between the company and potential clients. This is a key position that combines business intelligence, sales coordination, and strategic support to drive commercial success and optimize internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Initiating first contact with companies through telemarketing and setting up meetings for the Sales team.
- Providing administrative and operational support to sales representatives and managing their schedules.
- Handling and updating information within the CRM system.
- Preparing periodic internal reports and performance summaries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B tele sales in a structured organization.
- Experience in conducting sales calls and familiarity with sales methodologies.
- High school diploma or University degree.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- A positive, proactive personality with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage).
- Confidence in using digital tools and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
