Inside Sales Representative (6044/ISP/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the commercial success of the Greek team by supporting the sales function and acting as a vital link between the company and potential clients. This is a key position that combines business intelligence, sales coordination, and strategic support to drive commercial success and optimize internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Initiating first contact with companies through telemarketing and setting up meetings for the Sales team.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to sales representatives and managing their schedules.
  • Handling and updating information within the CRM system.
  • Preparing periodic internal reports and performance summaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B tele sales in a structured organization.
  • Experience in conducting sales calls and familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • High school diploma or University degree.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • A positive, proactive personality with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage).
  • Confidence in using digital tools and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
