We are looking for an
Inside Sales & Marketing Assistant
to support our B2B communication in the field of
IT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for businesses
.

The role involves
direct phone communication with companies in Greece
, with the objective of scheduling meetings with the sales team.

No prior experience in IT is required full training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone communication with businesses (B2B) based on targeted lists
  • Present company solutions in a professional and engaging manner
  • Record and track all activities in our CRM system
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
  • Participate in training programs on SAP, CRM, and sales techniques

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Greek (phone communication)
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM tools
  • Positive attitude, consistency, and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service will be considered a plus
