We are looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Assistantto support our B2B communication in the field of IT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for businesses.

The role involves direct phone communication with companies in Greece, with the objective of scheduling meetings with the sales team.

No prior experience in IT is required full training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone communication with businesses (B2B) based on targeted lists
  • Present company solutions in a professional and engaging manner
  • Record and track all activities in our CRM system
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
  • Participate in training programs on SAP, CRM, and sales techniques

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Greek (phone communication)
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM tools
  • Positive attitude, consistency, and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service will be considered a plus
