Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, the job holder will ensure the smooth operation of daily sales activities by providing administrative, organizational and procurement support to
our B2B
Sales team. Will manage internal workflows, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to the efficiency of the sales lifecycle, as well as the timely submission of RFQ responses and customer inquiries.
- Facilitate the preparation and submission of offers and contracts.
- Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Addressing customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records (CRM tool)
- Capability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and facilitate efficient communication between customer and technical account manager
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Job Requirements
· 2-3 years' experience in similar role (ICT sector)
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in technical writing, both in Greek and English
· Working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
· Experienced user of CRM platforms
· Good organizational skills
· Fluent in English
