ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a company that promotes sales growth for the Tech Industry globally, is seeking a German Inside Sales Development Representative, who will help tech and software businesses grow more efficiently, providing tailor-made solutions.

Location: Athens (on site) with 60 days annually for remote work

   Working Model: Mon – Fri from 10:00 – 18:00

  Starting Date : 26/8/2024

  You will be reporting to: Operations Manager

What you will do:

Help Tech savvy experts provide worldwide services and framework to outperform customer expectations and drive revenue.

    More specifically:

·       The Sales representative will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets   

·       Keeping track of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals

·       Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email and phone

Requirements

What we are looking for:

·       Native German speakers

·       Advanced English Skills

· Year of experience in a similar role / similar duties

·       Soft skills adjusted to the client's needs

·       Candidates should be based in Athens and willing to work onsite

Benefits

Compensation package and Benefits:

    Competitive compensation

   Rewarding bonus scheme

    50€ Monthly meal voucher for the in-house restaurant

    Permanent contract

    30€/monthly for the transportation card

   Retention bonus, divided into 3 installments

    Private health insurance after the completion of 6 months of employment
