Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking B2B clients

Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth

Conduct regular business reviews and strategic sales calls

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
  • English C1 level (mandatory for internal communication)
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience (mandatory)
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and work in a hybrid model
