We are looking for a self-motivated & detail-focused Sales Support Officer to become part of our Commercial team in Thessaloniki's office. In this position, you will play a vital role in assisting sales processes, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality service to our customers across the Group.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support customers in the use of MyPrice / SpotOn tools

  • Handle quotation requests from both inside and outside sales teams

  • Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, ensuring consistent support

  • Follow-up on quotations sent, upcoming expirations and un-booked offers

  • Assist in resolving commercial disputes effectively

  • Liaise with pricing teams on Freight and DDSM claims

  • Promote CMA CGM Group services and non-maritime products

  • Act as a backup for Inside and Outside Sales when needed

  • Ensure customer compliance with company policies at the sales stage

Requirements & Skills:

  • University Degree in Maritime and/or Business Administration or a related field

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Commercial Admin role within the shipping sector

  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Solid analytical and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail with a global, strategic mindset

  • Solutions-driven attitude and proactive team player
