Trade Marketing Specialist - Bolton Hellas

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Trade Marketing function in Bolton Hellas based in Athens.

How you make the difference

This role is key to driving business growth by developing and implementing trade marketing activities based on deep market and shopper insights. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing category performance and strengthening customer partnerships.

How Your Agenda Looks Like:

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate promotional activities to maximize effectiveness
• Translate marketing initiatives into category development plans and present these as business opportunities to customers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to activate promotions at customer and point of sale levels
• Conduct business reviews and analyze sell-in/sell-out data to provide data-driven recommendations
• Analyze market share, competition, and assortment opportunities to identify growth potential

Your Team:
You will report directly to the Trade Marketing Coordinator and work closely with the marketing and sales teams. The role involves cross-functional collaboration.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, preferably in FMCG
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in Greek and English, with interest in digital trends and platforms
