Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Guide customers in navigating our products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer problems.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our service quality.
  • Engage in team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or support is a plus.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle challenges proactively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
