Global Customer Advisor

Optimal HR,on behalf of its client, a multinational company that specializes in multilingual services, is looking to recruit German Speaking Global Customer Advisor.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls
- Providing personalized solutions for each client
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the German language (spoken/written)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Prior experience in a call center will be considered as a plus
- IT literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation, understanding customer needs
