Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Advisor who is fluent in German and English to join our dynamic team. You will play a key part in delivering support that exceeds expectations and fosters brand loyalty across our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and chat communications
  • Understand and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop lasting relationships built on trust through open and engaging communication
  • Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Achieve individual and team goals related to customer service and call handling targets
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and organize documentation
  • Adhere to established communication procedures, policies, and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong phone communication abilities with active listening skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to handle diverse personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
  • Minimum of a High School diploma
  • Native or near-native fluency in German
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher
