What Is the Job About
In this role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers with questions, troubleshooting, product guidance, billing and account-related matters. You will communicate through phone, email and chat, follow clear workflows, maintain accurate records and escalate complicated cases when necessary. You will receive strong training support to ensure you perform confidently and professionally.
