Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for Portuguese-speaking clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to create customized implementation plans that align with client objectives.
- Facilitate training programs to empower users with the knowledge required for effective software utilization.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that deliverables are met on time and to the highest standards of quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation phase, ensuring quick resolutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to travel if needed for client training and support sessions.
