Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end software implementation for German-speaking clients in various industries.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client requirements to develop customized implementation plans.
- Facilitate comprehensive training sessions to empower clients and enhance their software usage skills.
- Document the implementation process and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in software implementation or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client training and support.
