We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our international team in Munich as a German Speaking Customer Service / Sales Support specialist. Key Responsibilities – German Speaking Customer Service and Sales Support Careers in Munich
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic service to customers via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
  • Assist clients with product enquiries, order processing, billing, and account administration, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, coordinating order fulfilment, and managing sales documentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to specialist teams as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM systems and track open cases through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Product, and Account Management to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Share customer insights with sales and product teams to improve processes and service quality.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications – Customer Service and Sales Support Jobs in Munich
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native/fluent) and good command of English.
  • Experience (1+ years preferred) in Customer Service, Sales Support, or related client-facing roles within an international environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Competent with MS Office and CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar).
  • Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer requests and challenges.
  • Team player able to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships across departments.
  • Eligibility to work in Germany or willingness to relocate to Munich (relocation support provided).
