German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Greece or Athens Office)

‍ Role & Key Responsibilities
  • Support German-speaking customers over phone, email and occasionally live chat. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet weekly/monthly targets. 
  • Document every customer interaction accurately in our CRM system. 
  • Participate in team initiatives, provide feedback and help improve processes. 
  • Adapt quickly to changing information, systems and customer needs. 
Requirements

  • Native or C1+ level German.

  • Good level of English (minimum B2). 

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong PC skills, able to work with internet-based applications and CRM systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset; ability to manage process changes. 
  • Willingness to be based in Greece (remote anywhere in Greece or Athens office) or relocate accordingly. 
  • IMPORTANT: We can only proceed with EU citizens or people who have a valid EU work permit for Greece.
