Job Overview:

As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. You will act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to their queries. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services in a professional and timely manner

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

- Keep up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate department

- Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:

- Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a finance or banking industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software

- Willingness to work from Greece
