Requirements
- Fluency in German is mandatory. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive industry, is preferred.
- Ability to provide effective solutions and support for customer inquiries.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn.
