Customer Service with German for Coffee Appliances

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.
Location: Athens, Greece
Contract Type: Full-time, Office-based
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
About the Role
We are looking for a German & English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens, providing after-sales support for premium home appliances, with a strong focus on high-end coffee machines and grinders.
You will deliver exceptional service to customers across Germany, the UK, and Ireland, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in the near future, chat
- Provide light troubleshooting and technical guidance for appliances
- Support both German-speaking and English-speaking customers
- Manage customer cases using Salesforce
Requirements
- German: C2 level
- English: B2 level
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
What We Offer
- Base salary: euro monthly gross (including 2 extra salaries per year granted by a Greek law)
- Performance bonus of up to 10%
- €100 monthly transportation allowance
- Office-based role in central Athens
- Monday to Friday schedule—no weekends
