French Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Home Appliances Department for one of our clients In this vital entry level role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing support and solutions regarding our range of home appliances. Your commitment to excellent customer service will ensure that our clients have a positive experience while using our products.

Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about home appliances, including troubleshooting and product usage
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer management system
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide informative advice and best practices for appliance maintenance
- Collect customer feedback to improve service and product offerings
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the home appliances or consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
