As a French Speaking Partner Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our partners, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of excellent. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships and contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to partners in French through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve partner issues while delivering a pleasant experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist in improving support processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and partner satisfaction.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to sharpen your skills.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Passion for customer service and building strong partner connections.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or consultancy role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
