Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior support to French-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and business requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to devise suitable solutions for client-specific needs.
  • Evaluate business processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Document client interactions and feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the execution of new initiatives and processes geared toward improving service delivery.
  • Remain informed about industry trends to offer informed insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a business support or consulting capacity is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven capability to work effectively in a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A sincere passion for fostering business growth and client relationships.
