Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking clients, effectively addressing their inquiries and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and processes aimed at improving service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry developments to provide informed insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate a self-motivated approach.
  • Organisational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • A genuine interest in supporting business growth and building client relationships.
