Exciting Career Opportunity Patrique Mercier Recruitment is on the hunt for a Danish Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about customer service and fluent in Danish, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to engage with our partners while delivering exceptional support.
In this position, you will serve as a key contact for Danish-speaking partners, helping them navigate inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. You will contribute significantly to building strong relationships and ensuring our partners feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Offer outstanding support to partners in Danish via multiple communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve partner issues quickly and professionally.
- Nurture strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs.
- Document all interactions and provide insights to enhance services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and partner satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development sessions to expand your skills.
- Fluency in Danish is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong passion for customer support and relationship management.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
