Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking clients by effectively addressing their inquiries and business requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that cater to specific client needs.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to elevate client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and insightful feedback.
- Assist in implementing new initiatives and processes to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A genuine interest in supporting business growth and building client relationships.
