Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and are fluent in Portuguese, we want to hear from you
Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable team player with a love for the hospitality sector.
