As a vital part of our team, you will support Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and delivering solutions that enhance their overall experience. Your communication skills and cultural understanding will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our diverse customer base.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality multilingual support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a multicultural workplace.
