Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent multilingual support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and enhance your service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a multicultural work setting.
