Spanish Technical Support Representative – Remote (Anywhere in Greece)

We are looking for a
Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representative
to join our growing team in Greece

This is a
remote role
, open to candidates located
anywhere in Greece
, with a
relocation package available
for those moving to the country.

What You'll Do

  • Provide
    technical assistance
    and support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to products, services, or applications.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish
    (C2 or native level) and
    good command of English
    (B2 level or above).
  • Strong
    communication and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    technical troubleshooting
    (hardware/software).
  • Ability to work
    flexible rotational shifts
    (Monday to Sunday, 9:00–19:00).
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece (no visa sponsorship available).
