Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking clients, effectively addressing their inquiries and business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions according to client specifications.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to boost client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and constructive feedback.
- Assist in implementing new initiatives and processes aimed at enhancing service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments to provide informed insights to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating self-motivation.
- Organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A genuine interest in supporting business growth and building client relationships.
