Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a motivated Swedish Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our enthusiastic team If you are fluent in Swedish and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will engage directly with our Swedish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Your communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction will be instrumental in supporting our dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to Swedish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally.
- Inform clients about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Document client interactions accurately to support ongoing service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of client service.
- Engage in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our offerings and best practices.
- Fluency in Swedish is essential; additional language skills are a plus. Please include your nationality and native language in your application.
- A strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within a team environment.
